What each plan includes is still being finalised and may change before launch. Prices will be shown in your local currency at checkout, including any applicable tax.
Billing questions
Who handles payments?
Pro subscriptions will be sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and appears on your statement. We never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You'll be able to cancel from your account or from the link in your Paddle receipt. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
What about refunds?
Refunds are handled by Paddle under its refund policy, and nothing in our terms limits your statutory rights. See our terms of use for details.
What happens to my artwork if I stop paying?
Your artwork is yours and stays on your device. You can always open, edit and export it with the free plan; only Pro-only extras such as premium brush packs stop being available.
Will there be student or regional pricing?
We're looking at regional pricing so Lumier Pro is fairly priced wherever you live. Details will come with the Pro launch.
